The BRRRR Strategy Model
We apply a very specific type of property investment strategy that allows investors to achieve high returns and create a large property portfolio very quickly and effectively. This strategy works very well with BTL’s and in particular, HMO’s (our favourite). This is called the BRRRR strategy and involves:
Buying distressed undervalued properties that require refurbishment
Doing them up to add value
Refinancing to release some (or all) of the invested capital
Renting them out
Recycle the capital from the refinance into the next property project and do it all over again
